Projekti eesmärk on Rõuge valla erivajadustega inimeste elukvaliteedi parandamine, parema iseseisva toimetuleku tagamine, tööturul osalemise eelduse loomine ja hooldajate koormuse vähendamine. Selleks kohandatakse 5 erivajadusega inimese eluruumid. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of people with special needs in Rõuge municipality, to ensure better self-sufficiency, to create a prerequisite for participation in the labour market and to reduce the burden on carers.
