Rekonstrueeritakse vana, amortiseerunud ja energiakulukas tänavavalgustustaristu. Energiakulukad valgustid vahetatakse välja kaasaegsete, energiat säästvate LED valgustite vastu. Kaotatakse ära massiivsed, tänavapilti risustavad õhukaablid millised asendatakse maakaablitega. Ehitatakse välja tänavavalgustuse juhtimissüsteem, mille abil on võimalik paindlikult, efektiivselt ja energiasäästlikult juhtida tänavavalgustuse toimimist ja suurendatakse sellega elektrienergia kasutamise efektiivsust.
