Häädemeeste piirkonnas on savi ajalooline maavara. Kaasajal kasutatakse kohalikus ettevõtluses savi vähe. Häädemeeste Keskkooli õpilased õpivad tundma savi kui maavara ning selle kasutamise võimalusi ettevõtluses. There is a historical mineral resource of clay in the region of Votesmen. At present, clay is used very little in local business. Students at Häädemen Secondary School learn to know clay as a mineral resource and how to use it in business.
