Ühiskoolitusega on läbi viidud kaks õpiüritust "Väikelapse kõne areng ja selle toetamine" koos kuue supervisioonidega. Ühiskoolitus toetab ja koolitab Väätsa lasteaia 19 töötajat ja 20 lapsevanemat. Lisaväärtuseks on supervisioon, mis hoiab koolituselt saadud teadmisi fookuses. Supervisiooni käigus toimuvad rühmatööd, analüüsitakse põhjalikult saadud teadmisi ning samuti kuidas uusi teadmisi integreerida olamasolevate teadmistega ja kasutada neid oma töös lastega. Two learning events have been carried out with joint training "Early Child Speech Development and Support" with six supervisions. The joint training supports and trains 19 employees and 20 parents of Väätsa kindergarten. The added value is a supervision that keeps the knowledge gained from the training focus. During the supervision, group work takes place, the knowledge gained is thoroughly analysed, as well as how to integrate new knowledge with existing knowledge and use it in its work with children.
