VGMi üheks olulisemaks sihiks on õppimisele ja koostööle pühendunud koolikultuuri arendamine. Meie projekti tegevuseks on Viimsi haridusaasta raames uue hooaja avaseminari korraldamine, et meeskonna koostöövõimele "restart" teha, uut hooaega ja õppeaastat põhjalikult ette valmistada, analüüsida distantsõppe mõju, kavandada tegevusi õpilünkade vähendamiseks, ennetada gümnaasiumist väljalangemist ning motivatsiooni kadumist ja käivitada projekt tõhusast õppimisest. One of the most important goals of VGM is learning and cooperation committed the development of school culture The activity of our project is to organise a new season opening seminar as part of Viimsi’s educational year in order to achieve team cooperation "restart" carry out, thoroughly prepare for the new season and academic year, analyse the impact of distance learning, plan activities to reduce learning gaps, prevent upper secondary school leaving and loss of motivation and start a project from effective learning.
