Selleks soetab kool õppe tarbeks sõidumeerikute simulaatorid ning viib läbi nende kasutamise koolituse õpetajatele. Bussi- ja veoautojuhtide ametikoolitus Hiiumaa Ametikoolis muutub tänu sõidumeerikute simulaatorite kasutuselevõtule kvaliteetsemaks. Tulevased bussi- ja veoautojuhid saavad edaspidi omandada sõidumeerikute praktilise kasutamisoskuse juba õppe käigus ja on tööle asumiseks paremini ette valmistatud. (Estonian)
