    Projekti eesmärk on kollektiivse tõhususe ja organisatsioonikultuuri arendamine Kose gümnaasiumi ja Kosejõe kooli ühendamise järgselt, et ellu viia uuenenud õpikäsitluse eesmärke. Projekti tulemusena paraneb pedagoogilise personali omavaheline koostöö, osatakse toime tulla tööstressiga, ning sisse on seatud regulaarne kovisioon kollektiivis.
