Jüri Gümnaasiumi projekt "Hariduslikud erivajadused ning õpetaja jõustamine" eesmärgiks on organisatsioonikultuuris ühtsem väärtusruum, pädevused ja kompetentsid tööks erivajadustega õppijatega ning õpetajate tööalase jõustamise süsteemi loomine. Eesmärkide täitmiseks kavandatakse järgmised tegevused: õpetajate ühised mõttekojad, töökoosolekud, õpetajate täienduskoolitused erivajadusega õpilase õpetamisest-toetamisest ja supervisioonist ning õpetajate professionaalsete õpikogukondade loomine.
