Cel projektu: Zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 102 (48K,54M) uczniów Zespołu Szkół Licealnych i Zawodowych w Olecku poprzez współpracę szkoły z przedsiębiorcami w zakresie realizacji staży uczniowskich oraz realizacji kursów/szkoleń dla uczniów i 8 (7K,1M;) nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego Projekt skierowany jest do: a) 46 (31K i 15M) U Technikum nr 1 w ZSLiZ w Olecku z kierunku t. logistyk, - technik żywienia i usług gastronomicznych, b) 56 (17K i 39M) U Szkoły Policealnej nr 1 w ZSLiZ w Olecku z kierunku t. bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, t. ochrony os fizycznych i mienia, c) 8 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego (NZ) ZSLiZ w Olecku (7K,1M). Realizowane zadania: 1.Diagnoza uczniów 2.Kursy/szkolenia zawodowe dla uczniów 3.Staże uczniowskie 4.Szkolenia dla nauczycieli Cel zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizacje powiązanych tematycznie działań: a) Współpracę z pracodawcami w celu opracowania założeń staży uczniowskich (pkt „a” Model I) b) Przeprowadzenie diagnozy w celu zweryfikowania posiadanych kwalifikacji c) Wyposażenie ucznia w dodatkowe kwalifikacje (pkt „b” Model I) d) Realizacje kształcenia praktycznego w formie staży uczniowskich (pkt „a” Model I) e) Doskonalenie kompetencji nauczycieli (pkt „a” Model II) (Polish)

Objective of the project: Increasing employability of 102 (48K,54M) students of the Secondary and Vocational School Complex in Olecek through cooperation between the school and entrepreneurs in the implementation of student internships and the implementation of courses/training for students and 8 (7K,1M;) teachers of vocational education The project is aimed at: a) 46 (31K and 15M) U Technim No. 1 in ZSLiZ in Oleck, from the direction of logistics, – food and catering techniques, b) 56 (17K and 39M) at the Police School No. 1 in ZSLiZ in Oleck, in the field of occupational safety and health, i.e. protection of physical and property, c) 8 teachers of vocational training (NZ) ZSLiZ in Oleck (7K,1M). The tasks carried out: 1.Diagnosis of students 2. Vocational courses/training for students 3. Student internships 4.Teacher training The objective will be realised through the implementation of related thematic activities: a) Cooperation with employers in order to develop the assumptions of student internships (point “a” Model I) b) Conducting a diagnosis to verify qualifications c) equipping the student with additional qualifications (point “b” Model I) d) Implementation of practical training in the form of student internships (point “a” Model I) e) Improvement of teachers’ competences (point “a” Model II) (English)
