CEL PROJEKTU Dostosowanie, na podstawie diagnozy zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący kierunku kształcenia zawodowego: technik ekonomista i technik logistyk prowadzonych w ZSEiU do regionalnego rynku pracy we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym oraz poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia 60 absolwentów (27K/33M) kształcenia i szkolenia zaw. w terminie od 01.09.2020 r. do 31.08.2022r . w wyniku realizacji zadań: • objęcia uczniów doradztwem zawod. • wsparcie uczniów w zakresie pozyskiwania nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji zaw.w ramach kursów i szkoleń ( Kurs operatora wózków widłowych, Kurs Prawo jazdy kat. B, Szkolenie Wirtualny Magazyn i Wirt. Transport, kurs kancel.-archiwalny, obsługi kas fiskal., szkol. narzędzia multimedialne w pracy ekonomisty) • umożliwienie uczn. praktycznego nabywania doświad. poprzez zapewnienie wysokiej jakości staży w przedsiębiorstwach • doposażenia i modernizacji 2 pracowni w środki dydakt. (prac. logistyki i prac. ekonomii) • podniesienia kwalifikacji i kompetencji 4 naucz. (2K i 2M) kształcenia zawod. GRUPA DOCELOWA 1.uczniowie i uczennice ZSEiU -27K i 33M 2.nauczyciel ZSEIU-2K i 2M 3.Technikum w ZSEiU KLUCZOWE REZULTATY: L. szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS-1 L. nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompet. po opuszczeniu programu-4 L. UCZ uczestniczących w stażach u pracodawców - 60 UCZ PROJEKT spełnia przesłanki realizacji P równościowego w zakresie: dostępności-brak ograniczeń udziału ze względu na płeć, niepełnosprawność, pochodzenie; podczas konstruowania założeń brane były potrzeby UP elastyczności-godz i terminy szkoleń/staży dostosowane zostaną do potrzeb UCZ i NL reprezentacji-zarówno wśród UCZ jak i w zespole zarządz. znajdą się osoby obojga płci świadomości-metody i mater. nauczania nie będą powielać stereot., będą uwzględniać wspar. grup defaworyzowanych. Purpose OF THE PROJECT Adaptation, based on a diagnosis approved by the body providing vocational training: economist and logistics technicians conducted in ZSEiU to the regional labour market in cooperation with the socio-economic environment and improving the employability of 60 graduates (27K/33M) of education and training in the period from 1 September 2020 to 31.08.2022 as a result of the implementation of tasks: • to advise students in the profession. • support students in acquiring new competences and qualifications in the framework of courses and trainings (forklift operator course, Driver’s license course. B, Virtual Warehouse and Wirt Training. Transport, law firm-archival course, cash register service, school. multimedia tools in the work of an economist) • enabling students to acquire practical experience by providing high-quality internships in enterprises • retrofitting and modernising 2 studios with educational means. (logistics and jobs. economics) • improve qualifications and competences 4 teach. (2K and 2M) training profession. 1st students and students of ZSEiU -27K and 33M 2.Teacher ZSEIU-2K and 2M 3.Techniques in ZSEiU KLUCULTATATES: L. schools and vocational training institutions using retrofits acquired through the ESF-1 L. of incl. teachers and vocational instructors who have obtained a qualification or acquired a compet. after leaving the programme-4 L. UCZ participating in internships with employers – 60 CZK PROJEKT fulfils the conditions for the implementation of Equalisation in the field of: accessibility-No restrictions on participation based on gender, disability, background; when constructing the assumptions, the needs of flexibility-hours were taken into account and the training/training dates will be adapted to the needs of the UCZ and NL representation-both among the UCZ and in the management team. there will be people of both gender consciousness-methods and matter. teaching will not duplicate stereot., they will include support of disadvantaged groups.
