Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Bielsko-Biała oraz powiecie bielskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez 220 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej każdemu uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Bielsko-Biała and the district of Bielsko. The main result of the project will be 220 people registered in the PLO to take up employment or self-employment. As part of the project, each participant will be preceded by an analysis of his/her skills, predisposition and professional problems. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions.
