The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by promoting energy efficiency improvement in the municipal building at 2C, Valmiera and the reduction of municipal expenditure on heating.The main activities of the project are:1.Construction of construction works,2.Construction supervision3.Author supervision, 4.Publicity measures on project implementation.The project will result in municipal building on 2C Water Street 2C, Valmiera reconstruction and improvement of energy efficiency – improvement of the building’s external delimitation structures, improvement of the building’s technical systems (incl. the total costs of the project are EUR 1706804,98 related costs. ERDF funding EUR 214021,53. The project will be implemented 12 months after the conclusion of the agreement on the implementation of the project. The contract for the reconstruction of the building as a result of the procurement was concluded with SIA “Ekers” on 1 November 2017 and entered into force on November 21. Projekta mērķis ir samazināt primārās enerģijas patēriņu, sekmējot energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu pašvaldības ēkā Ūdens ielā 2C, Valmierā un pašvaldību izdevumu samazināšanos par siltumapgādi.Projekta galvenās darbības ir:1.Būvdarbu veikšana,2.Būvuzraudzība3.Autoruzraudzība, 4.Publicitātes pasākumi par projekta īstenošanu.Projekta rezultātā tiks veikta pašvaldības ēkas Ūdens ielā 2C, Valmierā pārbūve un energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana – ēkas ārējo norobežojošo konstrukciju uzlabošana, ēkas tehnisko sistēmu uzlabošana (t.sk. saules kolektoru uzstādīšana).Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 706804,98 EUR, no kurām attiecināmās izmaksas ir 251790,03 EUR, t.sk. ERAF finansējums 214021,53 EUR. Projekts tiks īstenots 12 mēnešus pēc vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Līgums par ēkas pārbūvi iepirkuma rezultātā 2017.gada 1.novembrī noslēgts ar SIA “Ekers” un stājās spēkā 21.novembrī. 2017.gada 5.decembrī būvatļaujā Nr.2.2/16/122 veikta atzīme par būvdarbu uzsākšanas nosacījumu izpildi.
