Objective: Development of street infrastructure in Inčukalns Municipality in order to increase the amount of private investments, making investments for development of commercial activities in accordance with the economic specialisation of the territory defined in the municipal development programme and based on the needs of merchants. The municipality, when setting such a goal, is based on Article 15 of the Law “On Local Governments”. The autonomous functions set out in point 10, i.e. to promote economic activity in the administrative area concerned, take care of the reduction in unemployment. Key actions: Design (development of construction projects), preparation of cost-benefit analysis (financial and economic analysis), reconstruction of Silziedu Street section and reconstruction of Gaujas Street, author supervision, construction supervision and project management. 12 monthsTotal eligible costs: EUR 3143319.88, of which European Regional Development Fund funding EUR 2150 500.00Planned results: 1 design contract has been completed, 1 cost-benefit analysis (CBA) contract was completed, 2 roads were constructed: In the amount of 2800 m (Gaujas Street) and 253 m (Silziedu Street section), 1 construction supervision contract has been completed, 1 contract on author supervision has been completed, 2 company contracts on project management activities have been completed. Mērķis: Ielu infrastruktūras attīstība Inčukalna novadā , lai palielinātu privāto investīciju apjomu, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmā noteiktajai teritorijas ekonomiskajai specializācijai un balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām. Pašvaldība izvirzot šādu mērķi pamatojas uz likumā “Par pašvaldībām” 15. panta. 10. apakšpunktā noteiktajām autonomajām funkcijām, t.i., sekmēt saimniecisko darbību attiecīgajā administratīvajā teritorijā, rūpēties par bezdarba samazināšanos.
