| Property / summary: Projekta mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Valkas pilsētā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmā noteiktajai teritorijas ekonomiskajai specializācijai un balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām.Projekta ietvaros plānota šāda aktivitāte: Ražošanas teritorijas izveide Valkas novada Kārķu pagastā. Projekta ietvaros veiktie ieguldījumi ar komercdarbību saistītās teritorijas attīstībai (komercdarbības mērķim paredzētas ēkas būvniecībā) nodrošinās šādu iznākuma rādītāju rašanos:1) Komersantu skaits, kuri guvuši labumu no projekta ietveros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā - 1 komersants (2021. gads).2) Jaunizveidotu darbavietu skaits komersantos, kuri guvuši labumu no investīcijām infrastruktūrā (nodarbinātības pieaugums atbalstītajos uzņēmumos) - 3 darba vietas (no 2020. gada līdz 2023. gadam).3) No projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā labumu guvušo komersantu nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos - 160 000,00 EUR (no 2020. gada līdz 2023. gadam).Projekta īstenošanas laiks no 2021.gada janvāra līdz 2021.gada decembrim (12 mēneši).Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 250 198,28 EUR, t.sk., attiecināmās izmaksas 233 467,11 EUR un neattiecināmās izmaksas 16 731,17 EUR. 160 000,00 EUR ir ERAF finansējums un 8 026,12 EUR ir valsts budžeta dotācija. Valkas novada dome līdzfinansēs 65 440,99 EUR attiecināmajām izmaksām un 16 731,17 EUR neattiecināmajām izmaksām (kopā 82 172,16 EUR). (Latvian) / rank | |||||||||||||||
