Este projeto assegura a reabilitação e modernização do edifício da Escola Secundária Alexandre Herculano.A solução proposta mantém especial atenção ao valor histórico, assumindo a eliminação das construções sem qualidade arquitetónica que foram realizadas.Nesse sentido e no respeito pelo desenho original é proposta a abertura, ao nível do piso 0, de todos os vãos de comunicação, também alterados, entre as galerias/corredores e espaços exteriores.
