The object of the project is the modernisation and extension of the rural community centre in Wicimice, together with the development of the area. As part of the investment, it was planned to expand the common room by enlarging the existing main hall and making a new kitchen and toilet. In addition, a new roofing material is planned. After the extension, the entire building will be insulated, external and internal plasters will be placed. The project also provides for the implementation of a new heating system in the entire facility. In addition, modernisation of the internal electricity system is also envisaged. Extension and modernisation will make it possible to adapt the facility to the applicable health and safety regulations and the technical requirements of the operation of public utilities. The project will be implemented in the formula “Design and Build”. The implementation of the project was divided into tasks: 1. Preparation of the project documentation; 2.Expansion and modernisation of the community centre; 3. Project management and supervision; 4. Promotion of the project. Duration of the project: II-XII 2020 Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure revitalised within the project. The project does not require additional measures to make full use of it. The project will be implemented by the Applicant – the Municipality of Płoty, who will manage the project at the same time. The applicant shall set up a project management team, including: Project Manager and Specialist in Public Procurement and Project Settlement. The project’s accounting service will be carried out by the Treasurer, who will cooperate with the project manager. The manager and the team shall have adequate facilities and technical resources to ensure the smooth implementation and settlement of the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja i rozbudowa świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Wicimice wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu. W ramach inwestycji przewidziano rozbudowę świetlicy poprzez powiększenie istniejącej sali głównej oraz wykonanie nowej kuchni i toalety. Dodatkowo zaplanowano wykonanie nowego pokrycia dachowego. Po rozbudowie cały budynek zostanie ocieplony, położone zostaną tynki zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne. Projekt przewiduje także wykonanie nowego systemu ogrzewania w całym obiekcie. Ponadto przewiduje się także modernizację instalacji elektrycznej wewnętrznej. Rozbudowa i modernizacja pozwoli na dostosowanie obiektu do obowiązujących przepisów BHP i p.poż.oraz wymagań technicznych funkcjonowania obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule "Zaprojektuj i wybuduj". Realizację projektu podzielono na zadania: 1. Przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu; 2.Rozbudowa i modernizacja świetlicy wiejskiej; 3. Zarządzanie i nadzór nad projektem; 4. Promocja projektu. Okres realizacji projektu: II-XII 2020r. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury poddanej rewitalizacji w ramach projektu. Przedsięwzięcie nie wymaga dodatkowych działań w celu jego pełnego wykorzystania. Za realizację projektu odpowiedzialny będzie Wnioskodawca – Gmina Płoty, która jednocześnie będzie zarządzała projektem. Wnioskodawca powoła zespół zarządzający projektem, w tym: Kierownika projektu oraz Specjalistę ds. zamówień publicznych i rozliczenia projektu. Obsługa księgowa projektu prowadzona będzie przez Skarbnika, który współpracować będzie z kierownikiem projektu. Kierownik wraz z zespołem dysponuje odpowiednim zapleczem oraz zasobami technicznymi zapewniającymi sprawną realizację oraz rozliczenie projektu. Do realizacji projektu w fazie inwestycyjnej zostaną zaangażowani mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji. (Polish)
