The aim of the project is to increase the number of places to provide care services by 47, including 30 places in DDP, 5 places in the form of care services in the place of residence and 12 places in the form of neighbourhood services. 158 (108K/50M) people in need of support in their daily functioning, at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and their actual carers will be supported. The project will be implemented from 01.06.2020 to 31.08.2022 in the municipality of Murowana Goślina. The programme implemented in the municipality as part of the deinstitutionalisation process will be implemented for 28 months (3 months of preparation of infrastructure, start of recruitment within the KP and qualification of ON/OF, 25 months of implementation of individual types of support). The tasks of the programme will be carried out in the place of residence of the GIP and in the newly created place – the Daily Help House and the Centre for Support for the Persons of the Deprived and their Guardians in Murowana Goślino.KPUO: A. developed on the basis of the standards developed by the Partner of the Leader in projects RPWP.07.02.02-30-0020/16 (presented in the Ministry of Development Wa-wa, 19.04.2017, TVP 22.11.2017r. programme “We Change Wielkopolska”) and RPWP.07.02-30-0067/17/00 and “General European guidelines for transition from institutional care (...)” and is in line with the objectives of WRPO 2014+ (09; 9iv)B. ensures individualisation of support for the OPW/OF at every stage of implementation of the activities, including through experienced staff trained in the field of equal opportunities K/M and equal project managementE. prepared/implemented in cooperation with JST, including OPS, in partnership with NGOs active for the benefit of the local community F. will contribute to a significant increase in the rates provided to the CA in the municipality (good practice for aligning the Municipal Strategy with the EU guidelines on senior policy). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych o 47, w tym 30 miejsc w DDP, 5 miejscc w formie usług opiekuńczych w miejscu zamieszkania oraz 12 miejsca w formie usług sąsiedzkich. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 158 (108K/50M) Osób Potrzebujących Wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich opiekunowie faktyczni. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.06.2020 do 31.08.2022 na terenie gminy Murowana Goślina. Program wdrażany w gminie w ramach procesu deinstytucjonalizacji realizowany będzie przez 28 miesięcy (3 m-ce przygotowanie infrastruktury, rozpoczęcie rekrutacji w ramach KP i kwalifikacja ON/OF, 25 m-cy realizacji poszczególnych typów wsparcia). Zadania programu realizowane będą w miejscu zamieszkania OPW i w nowo utworzonym miejscu - Dziennym Domu Pomocy i Centrum Wsparcia Osób Potrzebujących i ich Opiekunów w Murowanej Goślinie.KPUO: A. opracowany w oparciu o standardy wypracowane przez Partnera Wiod. w projektach nr RPWP.07.02.02-30-0020/16 (prezentowany w Ministerstwie Rozwoju Wa-wa, 19.04.2017r., TVP 22.11.2017r. program “Zmieniamy Wielkopolskę”) i RPWP.07.02-30-0067/17/00 oraz „Ogólnoeuropejskie wytyczne dot. przejścia od opieki instytucjonalnej (…)” i jest zgodny z celami WRPO 2014+ (09;9iv)B. zapewnia indywidualizację wsparcia dla OPW/OF na każdym etapie realizacji działań, min. poprzez zatr. doświadczonej kadry przeszkolonej w zakresie równości szans K/M i równościowego zarządzania projektemE. przygotowany/wdrażany we współpracy z JST, w tym OPS, w partnerstwie z NGO prężnie działającym na rzecz lokalnej społeczności F. przyczyni się do istotnego wzrostu wskaźników świadczonych UO w gminie (dobra praktyka dla dostosowania Gminnej Strategii do wytycznych UE dot. polityki senioralnej).
