The purpose of the use of grants is to mitigate the impact of the pandemic and to counter its negative consequences, in particular for those at risk. The support aims to protect the lives of DPS residents in Nowa Wieś Ełcka by reducing the impact of COVID-19. Financing of salary supplements for 114 DPS employees on a contract of employment who have a direct obligation to work with residents within their scope: caregivers – 52 employees, peacekeepers – 34 employees, physiotherapists – 3 employees, nurses – 25 people. The financing of salary allowances for workers already in employment will allow them to be stopped, including dismissals, holidays, etc. The purchase of personal protective equipment, the purchase of medical equipment and disinfection will allow to protect the House against the negative effects of the epidemic. Celem wykorzystania grantów jest łagodzenie skutków pandemii oraz przeciwdziałanie jej negatywnym konsekwencjom, w szczególności dla osób znajdujących się w grupie ryzyka. Wsparcie ma na celu ochronę życia mieszkańców DPS w Nowej Wsi Ełckiej, poprzez ograniczenie skutków COVID-19. Sfinansowanie dodatków do wynagrodzeń dla 114 pracowników DPS zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę, którzy posiadają w swoich zakresach obowiązku bezpośrednią pracę z mieszkańcami: opiekunowie – 52 pracowników, pokojowe – 34 pracowników, fizjoterapeuci – 3 pracowników, pielęgniarki - 25 osób. Sfinansowanie dodatków do wynagrodzenia dla pracowników już zatrudnionych pozwoli na zatrzymanie ich odpływu w tym zwolnienia, urlopów itp. Zakup środków ochrony osobistej, zakup sprzętu medycznego, dezynfekcyjnego pozwoli na zabezpieczenie Domu przeciwko negatywnymi skutkami epidemii. Z zakupionych sprzętów korzystać będzie 280 mieszkańców Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Nowej Wsi Ełckiej oraz pracownicy. (Polish)
