The participants of the project will be unemployed persons aged 30 and over registered at the District Labour Office, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: elderly people aged 50 and over, (b) women, (c) persons with disabilities, (d) long-term unemployed, (e) low-skilled. In addition, the project will involve people working, supported to combat or counter the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is planned that in 2020 422 people aged 30 and over will participate in the project of the year in the following forms of support: 1. Career counselling or placement – 110 persons 2. Training of the unemployed – 0 persons; 3. Internships for the unemployed – 25 persons; 4. Intervention work – 28 persons; 5. Co-financing of business start-up – 32 persons; 6. Reimbursement of the retrofitting of jobs for the unemployed – 25 persons; 7. Co-financing instruments – 312 persons. The project’s outputs include 110 unemployed people under the scheme, 32 of which will take up economic activity as part of the non-refundable funds to set up a business. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie nowomiejskim. Projekt będzie realizował cele Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko - Mazurskiego na lata 2014–2020, w ramach Osi priorytetowej 10 Regionalny rynek pracy – Działanie 10.1. Realizacja projektu obejmuje okres od 1 stycznia 2020 r. do 31 grudnia 2020 r. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy, które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: a) osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, b) kobiety, c) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, d) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Ponadto w projekcie wezmą udział osoby pracujące, objęte wsparciem w zakresie zwalczania lub przeciwdziałania skutkom pandemii COVID-19 Planuje się, że w 2020 r. w projekcie roku wezmą udział 422 osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej w następujących formach wsparcia: 1. Doradztwo zawodowe lub pośrednictwo pracy – 110 osób 2. Szkolenia bezrobotnych – 0 osób; 3. Staże dla bezrobotnych - 25 osób; 4. Prace interwencyjne - 28 osób; 5. Dofinansowanie podejmowania działalności gospodarczej - 32 osoby; 6. Refundacja doposażenia stanowisk pracy dla skierowanych bezrobotnych – 25 osób; 7. Instrumenty dofinansowania - 312 osób. Produkty projektu to objęcie wsparciem w programie 110 osób bezrobotnych z tego 32 osoby podejmą działalność gospodarczą w ramach otrzymanych bezzwrotnych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Efektywność zatrudnieniowa wyniesie co najmniej 44,3%. Oznacza to trwałe zatrudnienie dla 49 osób. (Polish)
