A solar installation designed for hot water heating will cooperate with the existing central heating and hot water node. The existing heating node will be provided with hot water for the building in cooperation with the planned solar preheating installation. The project provides for replacement of the existing water system. At the perpendiculars, on the exits to individual housing units, the installation of residential wing meters DN15 (Qn = 1,5 m³/h) is designed for radio reading. The solar system consists of 15 flat liquid solar collectors with a total absorber area of 32.0-35,0 m². The heat obtained in the solar system is transferred through a plate heat exchanger to 2 buffer tanks with a capacity of 750 dm³ each. Through another plate heat exchanger, the preheated water is preheated in a 500 dm³ storage tank, from where it passes to a heating node, where through plate exchangers it is heated to the required parameters. Hot water is protected from excessive temperature rises by a three-way valve allowing cold water to install hot water. A remote radio system for reading water consumption using its own telemetry will be made. INSTALLED CAPACITY: 0.02 MW The project will benefit residents of 22 premises in the building. The project will contribute to the objective of sub-measure 4.1. ROP WiM2014-2020, which is the increased share of renewable energy sources in the region’s overall energy balance. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zakup i montaż instalacji solarnej wspomagającej układ podgrzewu ciepłej wody użytkowej w istniejącym budynku mieszkalnym wielorodzinnym przy ul. Podleśnej 8 w Ornecie. (dz. nr 349/1, obręb 1, m. Orneta) Dostawę c.w.u. dla poszczególnych odbiorców zapewni istniejący węzeł dwufunkcyjny zasilany z sieci miejskiej. Z istniejącym węzłem c.o. i c.w.u. będzie współpracowała instalacja solarna zaprojektowana do podgrzewu c.w.u. Ciepłą wodę dla budynku zapewni istniejący węzeł ciepłowniczy we współpracy z projektowaną instalacją solarną podgrzewającą wstępnie c.w.u. W projekcie przewidziano wymianę istniejącej instalacji wodnej. Przy pionach, na odejściach do poszczególnych lokali mieszkalnych przewidziano montaż wodomierzy skrzydełkowych mieszkalnych DN15 (Qn =1,5 m3/h) przystosowane do odczytu radiowego. Instalacja solarna składa się z 15 płaskich cieczowych kolektorów słonecznych o łącznej powierzchni absorbera 32,0-35,0 m2. Ciepło uzyskane w instalacji solarnej przekazywane jest poprzez płytowy wymiennik ciepła do 2 zbiorników buforowych o pojemności 750 dm3 każdy. Poprzez kolejny płytowy wymiennik ciepła woda wstępnie podgrzewana jest w zasobniku o pojemności 500 dm3, skąd przechodzi do węzła ciepłowniczego, gdzie poprzez wymienniki płytowe podgrzewana jest do wymaganych parametrów. Ciepła woda zabezpieczona jest przed nadmiernym wzrostem temperatury przez zawór trójdrogowy dopuszczający zimną wodę do instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej. Wykonany będzie zdalny system radiowego odczytu zużycia wody z zastosowaniem telemetrii własnej. MOC ZAINSTALOWANA: 0,02 MW Z projektu skorzystają mieszkańcy 22 lokali w budynku. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu poddziałania 4.1. RPO WiM2014-2020, jakim jest zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu. W wyniku realizacji projektu w Gm.Orneta nastąpi podniesienie poziomu wykorzystania OZE, a także poprawa bezp. energetycznego. (Polish)
