Celem projektu jest rozwój umiejętności uniwersalnych i transferowalnych oraz kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u uczniów ze Szkoły Podstawowej im. Ignacego Krasickiego w Świętajnie, poprzez realizację w okresie od 01.02.2021 r. do 30.06.2022 r. zajęć dodatkowych dla 45 uczniów (22K, 23M), nabycie kompetencji kluczowych lub umiejętności uniwersalnych przez 36 uczniów oraz doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji 10 nauczycieli (10K, 0M), w tym uzyskanie kwalifikacji/nabycie kompetencji przez 8 nauczycieli (8K).
