Access road to hall 3.Switching platform/parking 4.Around the riding hall 5.The area under the garden for customers 6. 7.Electrical installation The incentive effect will occur because the company applied for aid before starting any activities related to the implementation of the project or benefiting from public aid. The aid granted under the project will be granted for the initial investment because it will be used for investment in fixed assets linked to the launch of new services – horse riding education. The project will be implemented in the following phases: 1. Selection of the contractor for construction works 2. Implementation of construction works 3. In order to properly implement the project, the contractor for the construction works will be selected (in accordance with the principle of competitiveness). The applicant has adequate experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects and an experienced project team. The applicant will bear the VAT and own contribution costs from its own resources. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP WiM ROP for the Priority Axis – it consists of adapting the area for economic development, the applicant is an SME, is fully compliant with the SzOOP, also within the limits and limits (as described in the feasibility study). The investment meets the definition of initial investment is an investment in property, plant and equipment related to: • increasing the production capacity of an existing establishment – by providing more services. • diversification of plant production through products (services) not previously produced in the plant – through new services. Projekt zostanie wdrożony przez Wnioskodawcę na działkach nr Projekt realizowany będzie w miejscowości Gorło na terenie działek nr 130/11, 131/1. Zakres rzeczowy projektu: 1.Droga dojazdowa do stajni 2.Droga dojazdowa do hali 3.Plac manewrowy / parking 4.Otoczenie hali ujeżdżalni 5.Teren pod ogródek dla klientów 6. Teren pod karuzelę dla koni 7.Instalacja elektryczna Efekt zachęty wystąpi, ponieważ przedsiębiorstwo złożyło wniosek o przyznanie pomocy przed rozpoczęciem jakichkolwiek działań związanych z realizacją projektu lub objętych pomocą publiczną. Pomoc przyznana w ramach projektu będzie przyznana na inwestycję początkową ponieważ będzie przeznaczona na inwestycję w aktywa trwałe zawiązane z uruchomieniem nowych usług - nauki jazdy konnej. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w następujących etapach: 1. Wyłonienie wykonawcy robót budowlanych 2. Realizacja prac budowlanych 3. Rozliczenie W celu prawidłowego wdrożenia projektu zostanie wyłoniony (zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności) wykonawca robót budowlanych. Wnioskodawca posiada odpowiednie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów finansowanych ze środków UE oraz doświadczony zespół projektowy. Wnioskodawca ze środków własnych poniesie koszty VAT i wkładu własnego. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej – polega na dostosowaniu terenów na rzecz rozwoju gospodarczego, wnioskodawca jest MŚP, jest w pełni zgodny z SzOOP, także w zakresie określonych ograniczeń i limitów (opisano w studium wykonalności). Inwestycja spełnia definicję inwestycji początkowej jest to inwestycja w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe związane z: • zwiększeniem zdolności produkcyjnej istniejącego zakładu – poprzez realizację większej liczby usług. • dywersyfikacją produkcji zakładu poprzez wprow. produktów (usług) uprzednio nie produkowanych w zakładzie – poprzez wprow.nowych usług. Przyszła inwestycję będzie stanowiła: - hala ujeżdżeniowa, - karuzela dla koni, - ogródek dla klientów. (Polish)
