The project is aimed at SMEs operating on the market for up to 3 years and includes the provision of standardised incubation services according to the demand analysis. On the basis of the results of the analysis, incubated companies will receive incubation services, i.e.: 1. Provision of office space, 2, Training, 3. ICT services, 4. Specialised services related to promotion, 5. Legal services, 6. Bookkeeping, 7. Coaching, 8. Mentoring, 9. Company manager, 10. Law firm services, 11. Consulting in the field of creating business plans. The rules governing the provision of support shall be laid down in the above-mentioned rules of procedure. The project will consist of the following phases: 1. Recruitment of companies. 2. Provision of services. 3. Evaluation of the project. 4. Settlement of the project. The project is part of the SZOOP, Sub-Action 1.3.1, by strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs, promoting entrepreneurship and facilitating access to high-quality services. The target group resulting from the needs analysis is entrepreneurs (SMEs) in their initial development phase (i.e. operating for up to 3 years); SMEs created through support from other activities/sub-actions of the RPOWM2014-2020, PO2014-2020; operating within the framework of identified regional smart specialisations; from medium-high and high-tech industries; innovative. Projekt skierowany jest do MŚP, funkcjonujących na rynku nie dłużej niż 3 lata i obejmuje świadczenie wystandaryzowanych usług inkubacji zgodnie z analizą popytu. Na podstawie wyników analizy inkubowane przedsiębiorstwa otrzymają usługi inkubacji tj.: 1. Udostępnianie powierzchni biurowej, 2, Szkolenia, 3. Usługi ICT, 4. Usługi specjalistyczne związane z promocją, 5. Obsługa prawna, 6. Obsługa księgowa, 7. Coaching, 8. Mentoring, 9. Opiekun firmy, 10. Usługi kancelaryjne, 11. Doradztwo w zakresie tworzenia biznesplanów. Zasady udzielania wsparcia określa ww. regulamin. Projekt będzie składał się z następujących etapów: 1. Rekrutacja firm. 2. Świadczenie usług. 3. Ewaluacja projektu. 4. Rozliczenie projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP, Poddziałanie 1.3.1, poprzez wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP, promocję przedsiębiorczości, łatwiejszy dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług. Grupą docelową wynikającą z analizy potrzeb są przedsiębiorcy (MŚP) w początkowej fazie rozwoju (tj. funkcjonujące nie dłużej niż 3 lata); MŚP, które powstały dzięki wsparciu z innych działań/poddziałań RPOWiM2014-2020, PO2014-2020; funkcjonujące w ramach zidentyfikowanych regionalnych inteligentnych specjalizacji; z branż średnio-wysokiej i wysokiej techniki; innowacyjne. Co najmniej 2 z wyżej wymienionych grup będą odbiorcami ostatecznymi. (Polish)
