The target group will be unemployed persons above 29 years old (including those registered in the District/Municipal Labour Office), especially those who are in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market, i.e. 50+ people, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications, people who care for a person in need in their daily functioning and returning to the labour market after the end of care and at least 30 % of the participants in the project will be unemployed, job-seekers or inactive persons (including those registered as unemployed in the District/Municipal Labour Office) who lost their employment after 1 March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Projekt "OD DIAGNOZY PO AKTYWIZACJĘ" ma na celu podniesienie aktywności zawodowej oraz zwiększenie kwalifikacji/kompetencji adekwatnych do potrzeb rynku pracy przez 63 osób (33K i 30M) i w efekcie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 55 Uczestników (29K i 26M). Grupę docelową stanowić będą os. powyżej 29 r.ż,bezrobotne( w tym zarejestrowane w Powiatowym/Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy), poszukujące pracy lub bierne zawodowo zwłaszcza te znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osoby 50+, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami, osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą potrzebującą w codziennym funkcjonowaniu oraz powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki oraz co najmniej 30% uczestników projektu będą stanowić osoby bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy lub bierne zawodowo( w tym zarejestrowane w Powiatowym/Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy jako bezrobotne) które utraciły zatrudnienie po 1 marca 2020r wskutek pandemii COVID-19. Główne formy wsparcia: -Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez zastosowanie IPD; -Pośrednictwo pracy; - staże; - szkolenia/kursy prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia kwalifikacji zawodowych; - wyposażenie/doposażenie stanowiska pracy.
