Of the participants in the project, 342 people will be directed to an internship, 20 people will be directed to training, 35 people for intervention work,5 persons to work as part of the reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the workplace and 55 people will receive funds to start their own business. The main outcome of the project will be self-employment or employment (at least 1/2 job) by 203 project participants (100 women and 103 men), including at least: 44.3 % of people over 50 years of age; % Of women; 44.3 % of persons with disabilities; 44.3 % of the long-term unemployed; 44.3 % of the low-skilled.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 457 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 226 kobiet i 231 mężczyzn) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako osoby bezrobotne znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należące do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: − osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (od dnia 50 urodzin), − kobiety, − osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, − osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami Dla każdego z 457 uczestników zostanie przedstawiona konkretna forma wsparcia. Spośród uczestników projektu 342 osoby zostaną skierowane do odbycia stażu,20 osób zostanie skierowanych na szkolenie, 35 osób do prac interwencyjnych,5 osób do pracy w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz 55 osób otrzyma środki na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie samozatrudnienia lub zatrudnienia w ramach stosunku pracy ( na co najmniej 1/2 etatu) przez 203 uczestników projektu ( 100 kobiet i 103 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 44,3 % osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia ; 44,3 % kobiet; 44,3 % osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 44,3 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 44,3 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.
