The project will support 704 adults residing in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. It will enable 664 (between 10.2020-06,2023) to acquire new competences and qualifications in the area of Świętokrzyskie tourism through a series of vocational courses (completed with an examination confirming qualification) adapted to individual needs and possibilities. The aim will be achieved by 1. organising preparatory classes in the 40h dimension for those wishing to obtain the qualification of a water rescuer 2. organisation of qualification courses necessary to obtain the qualification of a water rescuer and a copetence educator of rest respectively 63h, 36h 3. organisation of additional courses entitling to practice the profession. 20h (motor helmsman’s course) and 66 First Aid Qualified Course) 4. 75h The modular structure of the project will make it possible to individualise the support, and by adjusting the content of the classes to the current needs of the labour market, multiply the effectiveness of trainings The value of the project 1 903 228.8 PLN including PLN 261 660 own contribution (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt obejmie wsparciem 704 os. dorosłe zamieszkałe na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego, umożliwi nabycie przez 664 ( w okresie 10.2020-06.2023) nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji w obszarze turystyki świętokrzyskiego poprzez dostosowany do indywidualnych potrzeb i możliwości cykl kwalifikacyjnych kursów zawodowych (zakończonych egzaminem potwierdzającym uzyskanie kwalifikacji). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez 1. organizację zajęć przygotowawczych w wymiarze 40h dla osób pragnących zdobyć kwalifikację ratownika wodnego 2. organizację kursów kwalifikacyjnych koniecznych do uzyskania kwalifikacji ratownik wodny i kopetencji wychowawca wypoczynku odpowiednio 63h, 36h 3. organizację kursów dodatkowych uprawniających do wykonywania zawodu. 20h (kurs sternika motorowodnego) i 66 Kurs Kwalifikowany Pierwszej Pomocy) 4.
