Projekt ma za zadanie wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej rodziców dzieci do 3 roku życia i jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę wsparcia osób pracujących, bezrobotnych i powracających na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka. Przyczyni się to chęci podjęcia pracy, a także zniwelowania ujemnych skutków długotrwałego pozostawania poza rynkiem pracy. Dla osób pracujących, projekt będzie generował pozytywny efekt w postaci utrzymania pracy, zapewnienia bezpiecznego rozwoju ścieżki zawodowej, własnego rozwoju. Wielu rodziców jest „rozdartych” między chęcią poprawy swojego statusu poprzez rozwój zawodowy a potrzebą sprawowania opieki nad dzieckiem, wątpliwościami czy poświęcić czas na opiekę nad dzieckiem, czy powrócić do pracy/utrzymać pracę. Projekt ten będzie zachęcał rodziców do godzenia własnej ścieżki kariery z wychowywaniem dziecka. Poprzez dofinansowanie miejsc w żłobku zostaną uruchomione mechanizmy wspierające uczestników w zakresie podejmowania inicjatyw zmierzających do powrotu do pracy lub utrzymania pracy. Szczególnym wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną osoby samotnie wychowujące dziecko, z rodzin wielodzietnych, z niepełnosprawnościami, jako że są to grupy szczególnie narażone na wykluczenie z rynku pracy lub będące w gorszym położeniu uwzględniając jednakowe szanse K i M w takim przypadku. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte od 01.09.2021 do 28.02.2022r. Wartość projektu: 468750,00zł. Wnioskowane dofinansowanie: 393750,00zł. Projekt obejmie wsparciem 100 osób. Zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: -Liczba osób: - które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu program: 90 -opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem: 100 -pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu: 10 (Polish)

The project aims to support the professional activation of parents of children up to 3 years of age and responds to the need to support people in employment, unemployed and returning to the labour market after a break related to the birth/education of a child. This will contribute to the willingness to work, as well as to offset the negative effects of long-term stay out of the labour market. For those working, the project will generate a positive effect in the form of maintaining work, ensuring safe development of the career path, own development. Many parents are “torn” between the desire to improve their status through professional development and the need to take care of the child, doubts whether to take care of the child or to return to work/maintain work. This project will encourage parents to reconcile their own career path with raising a child. By co-financing places in the crèche, mechanisms will be put in place to support participants in taking initiatives aimed at returning to work or maintaining work. Special support will be given to single-parents, from large families, with disabilities, as they are particularly vulnerable to exclusion from the labour market or disadvantaged, taking into account the equal opportunities of K and M in this case. The objectives of the project will be achieved from 01.09.2021 to 28.02.2022. Value of the project: PLN 468750,00. Funding requested: 393750,00zł. The project will support 100 people. The following indicators will be achieved: —Number of people: — who have re-entered the labour market after a child’s birth/earning break or have maintained employment after leaving the programme: 90 supported children under 3 years of age: 100 unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme: 10 (English)
