The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in Sobków Municipality by modernising street lighting. The material scope of the investment includes both replacement and hanging of new LED luminaires – 929 pcs, including two lamps using RES. INDICATORS: 1. Amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] – 541,58; 2. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2/year equivalent] (CI 34)-436,51; 3. Number of modernised street lighting sources [pcs] – 929. The objectives of the project and the action planned therein are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the Priority Axis of the ROP WŚ 2014-2020 and the specific objectives of Measure 3.4 low-carbon strategy, support for sustainable multimodal urban mobility of the Świętokrzyskie Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 for projects concerning the modernisation of street lighting (street, squares, public areas) to energy-efficient. The investment implementation period is January 2021. — December 2022 The project complies with the PGN for the municipality of Sobków After the completion of the project within the 12-month period, the municipality will commission the preparation of an ex-post audit, which will measure the indicators achieved as a result of the project. The total value of the project is PLN 2 424 095.94, including PLN 2 060 481.55. The completion of the in-kind and financial project will take place in the fourth quarter of 2022. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza na terenie Gminy Sobków poprzez modernizację oświetlenia ulicznego. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje zarówno wymianę jak i dowieszenie nowych opraw oświetleniowych LED – 929 szt. w tym dwóch lamp wykorzystujących OZE. Projekt zakłada również m.in: montaż inteligentnego systemu zarządzania oświetleniem (TIK), montaż wysięgników rurowych wraz z osprzętem. Planowane do zakupu środki trwałe będą nowe. WSKAŹNIKI: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej [MWh/rok] - 541,58; 2. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2/rok] (CI 34)- 436,51; 3. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł oświetlenia ulicznego [szt.] –929. Cele projektu oraz zaplanowane w nim do realizacji działania są zgodnie z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla 3 Osi Priorytetowej RPO WŚ 2014-2020 oraz z celami szczegółowymi Działania 3.4 strategia niskoemisyjna, wsparcie zrównoważonej multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Świętokrzyskiego na lata 2014 – 2020 dla projektów dotyczących modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego (ulic, placów, terenów publicznych) na energooszczędne. Okres realizacji inwestycji to styczeń 2021r. - grudzień 2022r. Projekt jest zgodny z PGN dla gminy Sobków Po zakończeniu projektu w okresie 12 m-cy gmina zleci przygotowanie audytu ex-post, który zmierzy osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji projektu wskaźniki. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 2 424 095,94 zł w tym dofinansowanie 2 060 481,55 zł. Zakończenie realizacji rzeczowej i finansowej projektu nastąpi w IV kwartale 2022r. (Polish)
