Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Wojciechowice poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków: Szkoły w Gierczycach, Świetlicy w Bidzinach,GOK-u w Wojciechowicach.Planowany zakres prac obejmuje m.in: • Modernizacjęinstalacji CO wraz z wymianą źródła zasilania • Wymianę istniejących opraw na oprawy w systemie LED, które zapewnią redukcję mocy źródła światła • Montaż instalacji PV (OZE) do kompensacji zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną na potrzeby oświetlenia • Docieplenie - podłogi na gruncie. • Docieplenie- stropów. • Docieplenie - ścian zewnętrznych. • Wymianę drzwi i bram. • Wymianę okien. Gmina po zakończeniu realizacji projektu zobowiązuje się w ciągu 14 miesięcy przeprowadzić audyt ex-post. Korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu: 1. Ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery 2. Zmniejszone koszty ogrzewania budynku Urzędu Gminy. 3. Zwiększenie komfortu użytkowania infrastruktury publicznej oraz bezpieczeństwa obywateli. 4. Propagowanie działań na rzecz ochrony środowiska, kreowanie postaw ekologicznych. WSKAŹNIKI: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej [MWh/rok] - 14,79; 2. Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów [GJ/rok]- 2146,12; 3. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych [tony równoważnika CO2/rok] (CI 34)- 162,62; 4. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków [szt.]-3; 5. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji [m2]- 1992,00; 6. Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych[kWh/rok]-708372,20; 7. Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE [szt.]- 3; 8. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła [szt.]- 3; 9. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej [GJ/rok] – 2046,43; Projekt będzie realizowany od listopada 2017 roku do lipca 2020 roku. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in the municipality of Wojciechowice by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings: Schools in Gierczyce, Świetlice in Bidziny,GOK in Wojciechowice.The planned scope of works includes: • Modernisation of CO installation with replacement of power supply • Replacement of existing luminaires in LED system that will reduce light source power • Installation of PV (RES) installation to compensate for electricity demand for lighting purposes • Warming – flooring on the ground. • Warming- ceilings. • Insulation – external walls. • Replacement of doors and gates. • Replacement of windows. After completion of the project, the municipality undertakes to carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months. Benefits of the project: 1. Reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere 2. Reduced heating costs for the municipal office building. 3. Increase the comfort of the use of public infrastructure and the safety of citizens. 4. Promoting environmental action, creating ecological attitudes. INDICATORS: 1. Amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] – 14.79; 2. Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects [GJ/year] – 2146,12; 3. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2/year equivalent] (CI 34)- 162.62; 4. Number of energy-modified buildings [pieces]-3; 5. Usable area of buildings which have undergone thermal renovation [m²]- 1992,00; 6. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings[kWh/year]-708372.20; 7. Number of RES electricity generation units constructed [pcs]-3; 8. Number of modernised heat generators [pcs]-3; 9. Amount of thermal energy saved [GJ/year] – 2046,43; The project will be implemented from November 2017 to July 2020. (English)
