As part of the operation, it is planned to purchase a numerically controlled lathe. Designed for high-performance lathe processing of metal elements. The lathe, thanks to its driven tools, allows to complement turning operations with lateral or off-axis drilling and milling. The purchase of the equipment will allow to increase the production capacity of the company and will enable the production of more complex metal elements than before. The purchase of the device is a response to the demand of the main contractors, who satisfied with the current cooperation with the Applicant expect an increase in supply and an extension of the manufactured assortment, which is not possible without the purchase of a new device. As part of the operation, it is planned to create 1 post for the operator of the CNC lathe, whose scope of activity will be related to the operation of the machine and the production of metal parts. The following indicators will be implemented as a result of the implementation of the operation: Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI 6) [PLN] – 77 845,00zł, Number of enterprises receiving support (CI 1) – 1, Number of enterprises receiving grants (CI 2) – 1, Employment growth in supported enterprises – men [FTE] – 1, Employment growth in supported enterprises (CI 8) [FTE] – 1 and Number of process innovations introduced – 1. W ramach operacji planowany jest zakup tokarki sterowanej numerycznie. Przeznaczonej do wysokowydajnej obróbki tokarskiej elementów metalowych. Tokarka dzięki posiadanym napędzanym narzędziom pozwala na uzupełnienie operacji tokarskich o wiercenie poprzeczne lub pozaosiowe oraz frezowanie. Zakup urządzenia pozwoli na zwiększenie mocy produkcyjnych firmy oraz umożliwi produkcję bardziej skomplikowanych elementów metalowych niż do tej pory. Zakup urządzenia jest odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie ze strony głównych kontrahentów, którzy zadowoleni z obecnej współpracy z Wnioskodawcą oczekują zwiększenia dostaw oraz rozszerzenia produkowanego asortymentu co nie jest możliwe bez zakupu nowego urządzenia. W ramach operacji planowane jest utworzenie 1 etatu dla operatora tokarki CNC, którego zakres czynności będzie związany z obsługą maszyny i produkcją elementów metalowych. W wyniku realizacji operacji zostaną zrealizowane następujące wskaźniki: Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CI 6) [zł] - 77 845,00zł, Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI 1) - 1, Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CI 2) - 1, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach - mężczyźni [EPC] - 1, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach (CI 8) [EPC] - 1 oraz Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych - 1.
