Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez doposażenie placówki oraz rozszerzenie oferty I Niepublicznego Przedszkola Lingwistycznego Oxford for Kids w Wygodzie o dodatkowe zajęcia, a także podniesienie umiejętności i nabycie dodatkowych kwalifikacji nauczycieli. Grupę docelową stanowi 51 uczestników w tym: 11 nauczycieli oraz 40 dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkola. Zadania: Doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli oraz dodatkowe zajęcia. Wskaźniki: Liczba dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej, liczba nauczycieli, która uzyska umiejętności czy nabędzie nowe kwalifikacje oraz liczba doposażonych placówek.
