During the period of implementation of the project, i.e. from 01.09.2020 to 31.08.2022, 70 people will be supported, who will participate in, among others, therapeutic groups, occupational therapy, individual psychotherapy or environmental therapists. Projekt Remisja będzie obejmował wsparciem osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi i chorobami otępiennymi z terenu miasta Mysłowic oraz gmin ościennych tj. Jaworzna, Sosnowca, Imielina i Lędzin w ramach jego realizacji przewidziano między innymi utworzenie Zespołu Leczenia Środowiskowego w ramach którego będzie funkcjonował Klubu pacjenta oraz pracownia diagnostyczno-profilaktyczna. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie przez trzy podmioty tj, INTEREGO , NEW SELF oraz Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej Ośrodek Rehabilitacyjno Opiekuńczy w Mysłowicach. W okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2022 roku będzie objętych wsparciem 70 osób, które w ramach ZLŚ będą brały udział między innymi w grupach terapeutycznych, terapii zajęciowej, psychoterapii indywidualnej czy zostaną objęte wsparciem terapeuty środowiskowego. Projekt przewiduje także wsparcie dla otoczenia społecznego uczestników projektu poprzez np: zajęcia o charakterze edukacyjnym. (Polish)
