The project envisages the creation of ZAZ in order to employ 48 SAs moderately and significantly from the region of Częstochowa,myszkowski, Zawierciański and to carry out manufacturing and service activities in two locations: Łazy-Main Branch and Witów-philia. Łazy is a service: laundry, catering; Witów: confectionery-catering, handicrafted. He will work in a two-shift system on the basis of an employment contract of 0.55-0.8 a job. They will benefit from ind. counselling, rehabilitation, asset fund, etc. in accordance with the law. Services will be provided, among others, for dependent persons, single people, residents of shelters, help institutions, individual customers. If necessary, the SA will be provided with transport to the workplace or reimbursement of travel expenses. In Witów there will be 4 independent rooms for disabled workers (fully equipped with a kitchenette, toilet) preparing the ON for independent living. Projekt zakłada utworzenie ZAZ w celu zatrudnienia 48 ON w stopniu umiarkowanym i znacznym z pow. częstochowskiego,myszkowskiego, zawierciańskiego oraz prowadzenia działalności wytwórczo- usługowej w dwóch lokalizacjach: Łazy-oddział główny i Witów-filia. Łazy to usługi: pralnicze, gastronomiczne; Witów: cukierniczo-cateringowe, rękodzielniczo-porządkowe. ON pracować będą w syst. dwuzmianowym na podstawie umowy o pracę 0,55- 0,8 etatu. Będą korzystać z ind. poradnictwa, rehabilitacji, zakł. funduszu aktywn. itp. zgodnie z przepisami prawa. Usługi będą wykonywane m.in. dla os. niesamodzielnych, samotnych, mieszkańców schronisk, instytucji pomocowych, indywidualnych klientów. W miarę potrzeb ON zapewniony zostanie dowóz do miejsca pracy lub zwrot kosztów dojazdu. W Witowie powstanie 4 pokoi usamodzielniających dla niepełnosprawnych pracowników ( w pełni wyposażone z aneksem kuch., WC) przygotowujących ON do samodzielnego życia. Nadzór nad niepełn. mieszk. sprawować będzie 2 opiekunów. (Polish)
