Support will be addressed to the staff of the Hospital, for which the possibility of continuing employment will be improved. Cel główny: Zminimalizowanie zdrowotnych czynników ryzyka w Szpitalu Wojewódzkim w Bielsku- Białej,poprzez realizację działań szkoleniowych oraz ponadstandardową modernizację stanowisk pracy 156 lekarzy,pielęgniarek,położnych,ratowników medycznych/kierowców/sanitariuszy/ opiekunów medycznych,diagnostów Termin realizacji:01.09.2020-30.06.2021 Miejsce: Szpital Wojewódzki w Bielsku-Białej Zadania: W ramach projektu przewidziano modernizację i poprawę ergonomiczności stanowisk pracy na których stwierdzono występowanie czynników ryzyka zdrowotnego (Zadanie 1) oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla Personelu (Zadanie 2). Wsparcie zostanie skierowane do Personelu Szpitala, dla którego poprawi się możliwość kontynuacji zatrudnienia. Projekt wprowadzi innowacyjność w działaniu Szpitala, poprawi też jakość świadczonych usług i konkurencyjność. (Polish)
