The project is an important element of the programme to reduce low emissions in Rybnik and at the same time part of the revitalisation programme implemented in the Boguszowice-Osiedle district. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja połączona z wymianą źródeł ciepła w 16 komunalnych budynkach wielorodzinnych znajdujących się na terenie rybnickiej dzielnicy Boguszowice-Osiedle. Podstawowym celem projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji substancji wpływających na jakość powietrza w mieście poprzez zmniejszenie ilości energii cieplnej wykorzystywanej do funkcjonowania objętych wsparciem budynków oraz wymianę przestarzałych, wysokoemisyjnych źródeł ciepła na źródła gazowe cechujące się dużą sprawnością i niższą emisją. Projekt jest istotnym elementem programu ograniczania niskiej emisji na terenie Rybnika oraz jednocześnie elementem programu rewitalizacji realizowanego na terenie dzielnicy Boguszowice-Osiedle. Rzeczową realizację zaplanowano w latach 2019-2021. (Polish)
