Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej – OSP w Zborach w gminie Popów wraz z montażem odnawialnych źródeł energii. Inwestycja realizowana będzie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” a jej zakres obejmuje: Zadanie 1. Termomodernizacja obiektu, w tym: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej; - wykonanie termomodernizacji obiektu: docieplenie przegród i wymiana stolarki, modernizacja instalacji c.o., c.w.u, Zadanie 2. Montaż OZE, w tym: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej; - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania budynku na energię końcową i pierwotną, wzrost produkcji energii z OZE, redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery, w tym CO2 i PM10.
