Przedmiotem projektu jest zmiana źródła ciepła z kotła węglowego na powietrzną pompę ciepła, w celu wyeliminowania emisji zanieczyszczeń przez kotłownię węglową oraz obniżenie kosztów całkowitych ogrzewania budynku. Projekt obejmuje budynek, w którym znajdują się dwa mieszkania komunalne oraz filia biblioteki publicznej. Lokal przeznaczony na bibliotekę jest oddany w bezpłatne użytkowanie na podstawie umowy użyczenia. (Polish)
