The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of SAMSARA Piotr Rojek through the implementation of new services. The investment will consist of the reconstruction and modernisation of the PTTK Wetlina Holiday Home and thus will allow for the implementation of a new accommodation service in the offer, which will meet the actual demand of clients in the area of accommodation in facilities with access to the media and full comfortably furnished infrastructure. The substantive scope of the project includes: 1) Thermomodernisation of the holiday house, 2) complete reconstruction of the sanitary pavilion and 3) reconstruction of 5 bed houses BRDA type. The new accommodation service will be complemented by the provision of services, in the form of thematic photographic workshops and healthy nutrition. The new accommodation service will consist of providing customers with a completely new comprehensive and comfortable infrastructure in the form of 5 cottages with a kitchenette and a bathroom with full sanitary equipment, a sleeping pavilion and rebuilt sanitary facilities. In accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws 1994, p. U. of 2018, item. 1202 with later amendments) an investment planned for implementation under this project does not require a building permit. On 22.10.2019, the investor, Piotr Rojek, running the PTTK Holiday House in Wetlin, submitted a notification of construction works increasing the standard of the facility. Holiday House in Wetlin on plot no. 251, 252, 253 – Wetlina area. In a broader perspective, the implementation of the project is an important step towards improving the region’s competitiveness as an economically attractive area, as an investment area, and increasing its recognition. The project has a positive impact on the implementation of horizontal principles of the European Union and fits into one smart specialisation of the region – “quality of life.” Application: 1) Service of year-round accommodation, 2) healthy nutrition, 3) thematic photo workshops.     Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy SAMSARA Piotr Rojek poprzez wdrożenie nowych usług. Inwestycja będzie polegała na przebudowie oraz modernizacji Domu Wypoczynkowego PTTK Wetlina i tym samym pozwoli na wdrożenie do oferty nowej usługi zakwaterowania, która zaspokoi faktyczne zapotrzebowanie klientów w zakresie zakwaterowania w obiektach z dostępem do mediów oraz o pełnej komfortowo urządzonej infrastrukturze. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: 1) Termomodernizację domu wypoczynkowego, 2) kompletną przebudowę pawilonu sanitarnego oraz 3) przebudowę 5 domków noclegowych typu BRDA. Dopełnieniem nowej usługi zakwaterowania będzie świadczenie usług, w postaci tematycznych warsztatów fotograficznych oraz zdrowego żywienia. Nowa usługa zakwaterowania będzie polegała na udostępnieniu klientom zupełnie nowej kompleksowej oraz komfortowej infrastruktury w postaci 5 domków z aneksem kuchennym oraz łazienką z pełnym wyposażeniem sanitarnych, pawilonu noclegowego oraz przebudowanych sanitariatów. Zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 1202 z póź. zm.) inwestycja zaplanowana do realizacji w ramach niniejszego projektu nie wymaga uzyskania pozwolenia na budowę. W dniu 22.10.2019 roku inwestor, Piotr Rojek prowadzący Dom Wypoczynkowy PTTK w Wetlinie dokonał zgłoszenia wykonania robót budowlanych podwyższających standard obiektu pn. Dom Wypoczynkowy w Wetlinie na działce nr ew. 251, 252, 253 – obręb Wetlina. W szerszej perspektywie, realizacja przedsięwzięcia stanowi ważny krok w kierunku podniesienia konkurencyjności regionu jako obszaru atrakcyjnego pod względem gospodarczym, inwestycyjnym, oraz do zwiększenia jego rozpoznawalności. Projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej oraz wpisuje się w jedną inteligentnych specjalizacji regionu - "jakość życia."
