The project concerns the implementation of investments in modern production machines and software, which will allow for the introduction of a new product to the applicant’s offer – brackets carrying heavy loads in units of rail coupling shock absorbers. The new product was developed as part of the R & D work, in response to the demand expressed by the applicant’s key client – Dellner Sp. z o.o., a part of the Dellner Group, a global leader in the rail coupling market. Customer demand for a new type of brackets is due to problems related to the use of cast-manufactured brackets in rail couplings. The new type of brackets will be the only one in the world produced by hot-rolled steel block cavities. A new type of brackets in combination with cast brackets currently available on the global market will be characterised by:- an increase in the strength and durability of the brackets,- a reduction in the delivery time of the product,- a reduction in the unit cost of production of the product in the case of short production series.Introduction to the offer of a new product will also respond to the needs of the applicant himself, including:- increase the share of revenue generated by products developed by the applicant itself, – exploit the development potential of the rail coupling market, which is in the development phase, while ensuring a stable level of orders and to a small extent is subject to economic fluctuations,- to strengthen cooperation with a key client – the Dellner Group.Investment purchases within the project will allow the creation of a technological line consisting of two components: vertical 3-axis milling center for hot-rolled steel coarse processing and 5-axis milling center for final processing. An additional element of the investment is the purchase of CAM software for the design of 3D machining paths for the production of new products using milling centers. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy realizacji inwestycji w nowoczesne maszyny produkcyjne i oprogramowanie, które pozwolą na wprowadzenie do oferty wnioskodawcy nowego produktu - wsporników przenoszących duże obciążenia w zespołach amortyzatorów sprzęgów kolejowych. Nowy produkt został opracowany w ramach prac B+R, w odpowiedzi na zapotrzebowanie zgłoszone przez kluczowego klienta wnioskodawcy – spółkę Dellner Sp. z o.o. wchodzącą w skład Grupy Dellner, globalnego lidera rynku sprzęgów kolejowych. Zapotrzebowanie klienta na nowy typ wsporników wynika z problemów związanych z wykorzystaniem w sprzęgach kolejowych wsporników wytwarzanych metodą odlewu. Nowy typ wsporników będzie jako jedyny w skali świata wytwarzany metodą obróbki ubytkowej bloku stali gorącowalcowanej. Nowy typ wsporników w zestawieniu z aktualnie dostępnymi na globalnym rynku wspornikami odlewanymi będzie charakteryzował:- wzrost wytrzymałości i trwałości wsporników,- skrócenie czasu dostawy produktu,- redukcja jednostkowego kosztu wytworzenia produktu w przypadku krótkich serii produkcyjnych.Wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu pozwoli odpowiedzieć także na potrzeby samego wnioskodawcy, w tym:- zwiększyć udział przychodów generowanych przez produkty opracowane samodzielnie przez wnioskodawcę,- wykorzystać potencjał rozwojowy rynku sprzęgów kolejowych, który znajduje się w fazie rozwoju, a jednocześnie zapewnia stabilny poziom zamówień i w niewielkim stopniu podlega wahaniom koniunktury,- zacieśnić współpracę z kluczowym klientem – Grupą Dellner.Zakupy inwestycyjne w ramach projektu pozwolą na stworzenie ciągu technologicznego składającego się z dwóch komponentów: centrum frezującego wertykalnego 3-osiowego na potrzeby obróbki zgrubnej bloku stali gorącowalcowanej oraz centrum frezującego 5-osiowego na potrzeby obróbki końcowej. Dodatkowym elementem inwestycji jest zakup oprogramowania CAM do projektowania ścieżek obróbki 3D detali na potrzeby wytwarzania nowych produktów przy wykorzystaniu centrów frezujących. (Polish)
