The main objective of the project is to support children in the development of key competences and the right attitudes/skills for the labour market by 31.05.2021. Support will be given to pre-school children attending pre-school wards/points located in: Primary School in Dąbrówka Kościelna – 42 people (26K,16M), Primary School in the Church Wyszonki – 28os (12K,16M), Primary School in Rudek – 38os (15K,23M), Primary School in Krupach- 26os (13K,13M). A total of 134 children (66K,68M), including 2 persons(2M) with disabilities (child autism), will be covered by the project. All persons covered by the project live (as defined in the Civil Code) the area of Podlaskie Voivodeship. The distribution of the target group according to the proportion of women and men depends on: demography and number of children in need of support (according to the results of the diagnosis approved by the conducting authority). The selection of the group is dictated by the examined needs of children attending the above-mentioned institutions and defined in the diagnosis of needs (based on evaluation results, surveys) carried out by the teaching staff employed in the above-mentioned establishments and approved by the host authority. The project will not produce educational materials which are works within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994. Implementation of activities in the project is an extension of the educational offer of kindergarten. The scale of activities carried out before the start of the project by the PLO will not decrease in relation to the scale of the activities carried out by the PLO in the 12 months preceding the submission of the application for funding of the project (average per month). Activities in the project will be carried out taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of preschool children supported. Celem głównym projektu jest wsparcie dzieci w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności uniwersalnych na rynku pracy w terminie do 31.05.2021r. Wsparciem zostaną objęte dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym uczęszczające do oddziałów/punktów przedszkolnych znajdujących się w: Szkole Podstawowej w Dąbrówce Kościelnej - 42 os (26K,16M), Szkole Podstawowej w Wyszonkach Kościelnych - 28os (12K,16M), Szkole Podstawowej w Rudce - 38os (15K,23M), Szkole Podstawowej w Wojnach Krupach- 26os (13K,13M). Łącznie projektem zostanie objętych 134 dzieci (66K,68M), w tym 2os(2M) z niepełnosprawnościami (autyzm dziecięcy). Wszystkie osoby objete projektem zamieszkują (zgodnie z definicją zamieszczoną w Kodeksie Cywilnym) teren woj. podlaskiego. Podział grupy docelowej wg proporcji kobiet i mężczyzn uzależniony jest od: demografii i liczby dzieci wymagających wsparcia (zgodnie z wynikami przeprowadzonej diagnozy zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący). Dobór grupy podyktowany jest zbadanymi potrzebami dzieci uczęszczających do ww. placówek i określonymi w diagnozie potrzeb (opartej na wynikach ewaluacji, badań ankietowych) przeprowadzonej przez kadrę dydaktyczną zatrudnioną w ww. placówkach i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący. W projekcie nie będą wytwarzane materiały edukacyjne, będące utworami w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych. Realizacja działań w projekcie stanowi poszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej przedszkola. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizaci projektu przez OWP nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prowadzonych przez OWP w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu (średniomiesięcznie). Działania w projekcie będą prowadzone z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym objętych wsparciem. (Polish)
