Planowane do realizacji przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na modernizacji (przebudowie) Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów (PSZOK) w Czeremsze. Jako punkt selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych PSZOK rozumie się miejsce zbierania odpadów spełniające funkcje, o których mowa w ustawie o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, spełniające następujące wymagania: A. o powierzchni utwardzonej zapewniającej wjazd samochodów, odbiór kontenerów, możliwość czasowego magazynowania odpadów, itd. B. wyposażone w pojemniki lub kontenery dostosowane do gromadzenia wymaganych frakcji odpadów wraz z budynkami gospodarczymi lub co najmniej wiatami lub miejscami zadaszonymi przystosowanymi do gromadzenia zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego, zużytych baterii i akumulatorów, przeterminowanych leków, chemikaliów (farb, lakierów, olejów odpadowych, itd.), C. ogrodzone i zabezpieczone przed dostępem osób niepowołanych, D. dysponujące zapleczem technicznym umożliwiającym prowadzenie działalności w zakresie przygotowania wybranych frakcji odpadów do ponownego użycia, E. wyposażone w odpowiednie zabezpieczenie środowiska gruntowo-wodnego w miejscach, gdzie może nastąpić wyciek substancji niebezpiecznych, F. wyposażone w infrastrukturę umożliwiającą prowadzenia działalności edukacyjnej w zakresie popularyzowania właściwego postępowania z odpadami m.in. technologii odbioru odpadów, sortowania i dalszego ich przygotowania do transportu, recyklingu, G. wyposażone w zaplecze umożliwiające obsługę punktu przez stały personel w godzinach otwarcia. Wysegregowane odpady dostarczane do PSZOK pochodzić będą od mieszkańców Gminy Czeremcha (według danych pochodzących z ewidencji ludności w roku 2018 w gminie było zameldowanych 3200 osób, a na pobyt czasowy 58). Odpady będą gromadzone na terenie PSZOK z podziałem na poszczególne strumienie odpadów. Punkt będzie dostępny 48 godz. tygodniowo, 6 dni w tygodniu, w tym co najmniej w dwa dni minimum do godz. 18:00, a sobota min. 4 godz. (Polish)

A separate collection point for municipal waste PSZOK shall mean a collection site fulfilling the functions referred to in the Act on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, meeting the following requirements: A. with a paved area to ensure the entry of cars, the collection of containers, the possibility of temporary storage of waste, etc. B. equipped with containers or containers adapted to collect the required fractions of waste together with commercial buildings or at least shelters or covered places adapted for the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, expired medicines, chemicals (paints, varnishes, waste oils, etc.), C. fenced and protected from unauthorised access, D. with technical facilities enabling the preparation of selected waste fractions for re-use, E. equipped with adequate protection of the groundwater-water environment in places where hazardous substances may be leaked, F. equipped with infrastructure enabling educational activities in the field of promoting proper waste management, among others, waste collection, sorting and further preparation for transport, recycling, G. equipped with facilities enabling permanent staff to operate the site during opening hours. The segregated waste delivered to PSZOK will come from the inhabitants of Czeremch Municipality (according to data from the population register, in 2018 there were 3200 registered persons in the municipality and 58 persons for temporary residence). Waste will be collected on the premises of PSZOK, broken down into different waste streams. The point will be available 48 hours a week, 6 days a week, with a minimum of two days up to an hour. 6:00 p.m. and Saturday at least 4 hours. (English)
