The project responds to the diagnosed problems resulting from the diagnosis carried out at the Marshal Józef Piłsudski School Complex in Szczuczyn (the diagnosis was carried out by the school and approved by the host authority). The activities carried out in the project take into account the individual development needs of the school of its students/teachers, and cooperating employers (Vulcanisation Plant in Szczuczyn, Service Company in Szczuczyn, AUTO-DANZ in Stawiany, AUTO-TECHNIK in Grajewo, TECHTRONIX in Grajewo, Polmozbyt in Grajewo, AutoDaroMechanika car in Wólka), who, due to the industry’s level of advancement, remain in the circle of interest of the school concerned. The activities carried out in the project will ensure compliance with the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, so that no such barriers occur at any stage of the project’s implementation. The implementation of the actions in the project will not have the effect of reducing the scale of the activities carried out before the start of the project in the school during the 12 months preceding the submission of the application for funding. Project addressed to 55 students (10K/45M) in the field of motor vehicle technicians (1K/44M), the direction of logistics technicians (9K/1M) and 13 teachers (5K/8M) including 4 professions in motor vehicle technicians (0K/4M) and 2 teachers of the profession of logistics technician (0K/2M). The project aims to strengthen the educational offer of the School Complex in Szczuczyn by improving the knowledge and professional competence of students and teachers through the implementation of a comprehensive development program, including in particular: vocational courses and internships and adaptation of education to the needs of the socio-economic environment by adapting the premises of the institution to equip the workshop with modern equipment in accordance with KOWEZiU catalogues.     Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy wynikające z DIAGNOZY przeprowadzonej w Zespole Szkół im. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego w Szczuczynie (diagnoza została przeprowadzona przez szkołę i zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący). Wnioski z diagnozy zostały przedstawione w pkt. IV.2 wniosku o dofinansowanie. Działania prowadzone w projekcie uwzględniają indywidualne potrzeby rozwojowe szkoły jej uczniów/nauczycieli, oraz pracodawców współpracujących (Zakład Wulkanizacyjny w Szczuczynie, Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe w Szczuczynie, AUTO-DANZ w Stawianach, AUTO-TECHNIK w Grajewie, TECHTRONIX w Grajewie, Polmozbyt w Grajewie, AutoDaroMechanika samochodowa w Wólce), którzy ze względu na branżę, poziom zaawansowania swoje położenie pozostają w kręgu zainteresowania danej szkoły. Działania realizowane w projekcie będą zapewniać przestrzeganie zasady równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn, tak aby na żadnym etapie realizacji projektu tego typu bariery nie wystąpiły. Realizacja działań w projekcie nie będzie miała wpływu na zmniejszenie skali działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu w szkole w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie. Projekt skierowany do 55 uczniów (10K/45M) kierunku technik pojazdów samochodowych (1K/44M), kierunku technik logistyk (9K/1M) oraz 13 nauczycieli (5K/8M) w tym 4 zawodu kierunek technik pojazdów samochodowych (0K/4M) oraz 2 nauczycieli zawodu technik logistyk (0K/2M). Projekt dąży do wzmocnienia oferty edukacyjnej Zespołu Szkół w Szczuczynie poprzez podniesienie wiedzy i kompetencji zawodowych uczniów i nauczycieli poprzez realizację kompleksowego programu rozwojowego obejmującego w szczególności: kursy zawodowe i staże oraz dostosowanie kształcenia do potrzeb otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego poprzez adaptację pomieszczeń placówki na potrzeby doposażenie pracowni w nowoczesny sprzęt zgodny z katalogami KOWEZiU.
