The aim of the project is to promote and improve access to quality education by creating new places for pre-school education, introducing additional and developing classes and improving teachers’ qualifications between 01.09.2021 and 31.08.2022 in the municipal kindergarten in Wasilków located in two buildings: one on the street. Sienkiewicza 24 and the second at ul. Field 1/4c. The objectives of this proposal are part of the specific objectives of the 2014-2020 ROPWP, Priority Axis III, Measure 3.1, Sub-measure 3.1.3 of the BOF Integrated Projects (ESF). This will be achieved through: — the creation and ongoing maintenance of new places in the branch of the kindergarten at ul. Field; — to extend the offer of the entire pre-school centre (two institutions) with additional activities increasing educational opportunities and compensating for diagnosed deficits, -increase the skills and professional competences of pre-school teachers, – equipping the institution with the necessary equipment and teaching materials. As a result of the project: — 125 new pre-school places will be created and 18 new jobs will be created, including: 10 teachers, 3 teacher aids, 3 unit janitors, 2 kitchen aids, – 382 children under the programme will be included in additional classes to improve their educational opportunities, – 20 teachers supported by the programme will improve their qualifications and acquire new competences, including 2 of them will complete post-graduate studies in special pedagogy, the implementation of tasks will ensure the comprehensive development of children aged 3-6 from the municipality of Wasilków and respond to the diagnosed needs and problems arising directly from the extensive analysis of the needs for pre-school education, approved by the governing body, and contribute to the implementation of the BOF strategy to provide children with better educational opportunities. Celem projektu jest upowszechnianie oraz poprawa dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji poprzez utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, wprowadzenie zajęć dodatkowych i rozwijających oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji nauczycieli w okresie od 01.09.2021r do 31.08.2022r w przedszkolu gminnym w Wasilkowie zlokalizowanym w dwóch budynkach: jednym przy ul. Sienkiewicza 24 oraz drugim przy ul. Polnej 1/4c. Założenia przedmiotowego wniosku wpisują się w cele szczegółowe RPOWP na lata 2014-2020, Oś priorytetowa III, Działanie 3.1, Poddziałanie 3.1.3 w ramach BOF- Projekty zintegrowane (EFS). Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty dzięki: - utworzeniu oraz bieżącemu utrzymaniu nowych miejsc w filii Przedszkola przy ul. Polnej; - rozszerzeniu oferty całego ośrodka przedszkolnego (dwie placówki) o dodatkowe zajęcia zwiększające szanse edukacyjne i wyrównujące zdiagnozowane deficyty, -podniesienie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli wychowania przedszkolnego, -wyposażenie placówki w niezbędny sprzęt oraz materiały dydaktyczne. W wyniku realizacji projektu: - zostanie utworzonych 125 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, - stworzonych zostanie 18 nowych etatów pracy w tym: 10 nauczycieli, 3 pomoce nauczyciela, 3 woźne oddziałowe, 2 pomoce kuchenne, - 382 dzieci w ramach programu zostanie objęta dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne, - 20 nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie, podniesie swoje kwalifikacje oraz nabędzie nowe kompetencje w tym 2 z nich ukończy studia podyplomowe z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej, Realizacja zadań zapewni wszechstronny rozwój dzieci w wieku 3-6 lat z gminy Wasilków i stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby i problemy wynikające bezpośrednio z przeprowadzonej szerokiej analizy zapotrzebowania w zakresie edukacji przedszkolnej, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący oraz przyczynia się do realizacji strategii BOF w zakresie zapewnienia dzieciom lepszych szans edukacyjnych.
