Total number of medical entities involved in the implementation of the project – 3. The leader of the project is the femmina Medical Center Meat Pasternok Ziętek Ziętek Partnerska (a unit – Prenatal Research Clinic in Opole). Partner No. 1 is “Kardiologia” Sp. z o. o. (the Prenatal Research Clinic in Strzelce Opolskie), Partner No. 2 is the Specialist Non-Public Gynecological and Midwifery Department of Health Care S.c. “FEMINA” (unit – Gynecological and Obstetric Clinic in Strzelce Opolskie). The place of implementation of the investment will be the headquarters of the entities involved in the implementation of the project, i.e. Opole and Strzelce Opolskie. The applicant (leader and two partners) have extensive experience in providing health services to the mother and child and to women with gynecological and gynecological and oncological problems. They shall also have appropriately qualified medical staff whose involvement is a guarantee that the objectives of the project will be properly achieved. The medical equipment purchased under the project will replace the already exploited medical equipment on the equipment of the facilities covered by the project, such as the ultrasound or the KTG apparatus. Planned output indicators: Number of medicinal entities supported – 3 units, Investment expenditure for the purchase of medical equipment – PLN 805 343.08. The other output indicators are zero. W ramach projektu planuje się zakup aparatury medycznej oraz sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem. Założeniem jest wyposażenia trzech placówek świadczących usługi zdrowotne na rzecz kobiet w ciąży, dzieci (matki oraz jej dziecka) oraz kobiet z problemami ginekologicznymi i ginekologiczno-onkologicznymi w nowoczesny sprzęt pozwalający na podniesienie standardu świadczonych usług. Całkowite nakłady finansowe obejmujące zakup sprzętu medycznego w ramach przedmiotowego projektu wynoszą 805 343,08 zł. Łączna liczba podmiotów medycznych zaangażowanych w realizację projektu - 3. Liderem projektu jest FEMMINA Centrum Medyczne Mączka Pasternok Ziętek Spółka Partnerska (jednostka – Poradnia Badań Prenatalnych w Opolu). Partnerem nr 1 jest "Kardiologia" Sp. z o. o. (jednostka – Poradnia Badań Prenatalnych w Strzelcach Opolskich), Partnerem nr 2 jest Specjalistyczny Niepubliczny Ginekologiczno-Położniczy Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej s.c. "FEMINA" (jednostka – Poradnia Ginekologiczno-Położnicza w Strzelcach Opolskich). Miejscem realizacji inwestycji będą siedziby podmiotów zaangażowanych w realizację projektu tj. Opole oraz Strzelce Opolskie. Wnioskodawca (lider oraz dwóch partnerów) posiadają bogate doświadczenie w świadczeniu usług zdrowotnych na rzecz matki i dziecka oraz kobiet z problemami ginekologicznymi i ginekologiczno-onkologicznymi. Dysponują oni również personelem medycznym o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach, którego zaangażowanie stanowi gwarancje prawidłowej realizacji celów projektu. Zakupiony w ramach projektu sprzęt medyczny zastąpi wyeksploatowany już sprzęt medyczny znajdujący się na wyposażeniu placówek objętych projektem np. takie jak ultrasonograf lub aparat KTG. Planowane do osiągnięcia wskaźniki produktu: Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych – 3 szt., Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej - 805 343,08 zł.
