The main objective of the project is to improve the health of children with spine disease by increasing the availability of healthcare services in the form of prevention and rehabilitation of posture defects of children with spine disease in the city of Płock. The project assumes that particular attention should be paid to early detection of malformations. For this, the involvement of parents/guardians, physiotherapists, school community, nurses and POZ doctors is necessary. The place of implementation of the project is the seat of the Applicant in the centre of Płock. This place allows easy access for children and their parents/guardians, max. effectiveness of research conducted by physiotherapists, use of the Rehabilitation Department, which is available to MWOMP. The main element of the project is the participation of children in group preventive corrective gymnastics classes, including motor and conscious body conducted in the Rehabilitation Department by qualified physiotherapists. MWOMP has technical resources for the implementation of the full range of outpatient physiotherapy services. The project will carry out tasks such as: qualification of participants for the project, infor.-education and inf.-training activities of the supported groups and therapeutic intervention taking into account indivian classes for 10 % of the participants of the project. MWOMP provides support through information and promotion activities, developing the habit of correct attitude and learning exercises for self-response by project participants after its completion. The number of children covered by health services in the programme is expected to reach 80 people. These will be students of the I-VI Primary Schools from Płock and the Płock county. 4 rehabilitation stays of 2 groups of 10 children in each are planned. The stays will take place on the following dates: 1) 15 XI 2020-15 VIII 2021, 2)16 VIII 2021-16 V 2022,3) 17V 2022-17 II 2023, 4) 18 II 2023-20XI 2023. Classes will take place twice a week under the supervision of experts. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa stanu zdrowia dzieci z chorobą kręgosłupa poprzez zwiększenie dostępności usług opieki zdrowotnej w postaci profilaktyki i rehabilitacji wad postawy dzieci z chorobą kręgosłupa na terenie miasta Płock. Projekt zakłada min. zwrócenie szczególnej uwagi na wczesne wykrywanie wad rozwojowych. Do tego niezbędne jest zaangażowanie rodziców/opiekunów, fizjoterapeutów, społeczności szkolnej, pielęgniarek oraz lekarzy POZ. Miejscem realizacji projektu jest siedziba Wnioskodawcy w centrum miasta Płock. Miejsce to umożliwia łatwy dostęp dla dzieci i ich rodziców/opiekunów, max. efektywność badań przeprowadzanych przez fizjoterapeutów, wykorzystanie Zakładu Rehabilitacji, którym dysponuje MWOMP. Zasadniczym elementem projektu jest uczestnictwo dzieci w grupowych profilaktycznych zajęciach gimnastyki korekcyjnej z uwzględnieniem ćw. motorycznych i świadomego ciała prowadzonych w Zakładzie Rehabilitacji przez wykwalifikowanych fizjoterapeutów. MWOMP posiada zasoby techniczne na realizację pełnego zakresu świadczeń fizjoterapii ambulatoryjnej. W ramach projektu realizowane będą takie zadania jak: kwalifikacja uczestników do projektu, działania infor.-edukacyjne i inf.-szkoleniowe grup objętych wsparciem oraz interwencja terapeutyczna z uwzględnieniem zajęć indyw. dla 10% uczestników projektu.MWOMP przewiduje wsparcie poprzez działania informacyjno – promocyjne, wyrobienie nawyku prawidłowej postawy oraz wyuczenia ćwiczeń do samodzielnej reazacji przez uczestników projektu po jego zakończeniu. Zakłada się, że liczba dzieci objęta usługami zdrowotnymi w programie wyniesie 80 osób. Będą to uczniowie klas I-VI Szkół Podstawowych z Płocka i powiatu płockiego. Planuje się 4 turnusy rehabilitacyjne składające się z 2 grup po 10 dzieci w każdej. Turnusy odbędą się w terminach: 1) 15 XI 2020-15 VIII 2021, 2)16 VIII 2021- 16 V 2022,3) 17V 2022-17 II 2023, 4) 18 II 2023-20XI 2023.Zajęcia będą odbywać się 2 razy w tygodniu pod nadzorem ekspertów.
