The aim of the project is to increase the employment rate of people aged 30 and over who are the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. people over 50 years of age, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, the low-skilled and women unemployed in the Dąbrów district. For people aged 50 and over, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, women at the level of 44.3.The project will support persons aged 30 and over registered with the district employment office belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50 years of age, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, low-skilled people, women. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, as mentioned in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osób powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i kobiet pozostających bez pracy w powiecie dąbrowskim.Efektywność zatrudnieniowa w projekcie jest liczona łącznie. Dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwalebezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet na poziomie 44,3 .W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w powiatowym urzędzie pracy należące do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji iproblemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, a o którychmowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
