Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym 74 osób(42K/32M) od 18 r.ż. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC w woj. mazowieckim, pozostających bez zatrudnienia(bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo), w tym min. 8 (5K/3M) osób z niepełnosprawnościami i min. 20(11K/9M) osób doświadczających wykluczenia wielokrotnego, poprzez skorzystanie z instrumentów aktywizacji społ. i zawodowej, dostosowanych do potrzeb UP w oparciu o IŚR w okresie od 01.09.2020r. do 31.12.2021 r. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 4 ZADAŃ: *IŚR i treningi kompetencji społ. *poradnictwo: zawodowe(jobcoaching), psychologiczne oraz prawne i obywatelskie *szkolenia *staże i pośrednictwo pracy Proj. przyniesie REZULTATY: Do 4 tyg. po opuszczeniu proj.: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawod. przez min.40% UP *podjęcie pracy(w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.25% UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.20% UP Do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu udziału w proj.: *w odniesieniu do ON wsk. efektywności: społ.- min.34%, zatrudnieniowej–min.12% *w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. wsk. efektywności: społ.-min.34%,zatrudnieniowej– min.25% Proj. jest zgodny z: *prawodawstwem UE i właściwymi zasadami UE *zasadami: równości szans K i M w oparciu o standard minimum, niedyskryminacji, dostępności dla ON, zrównoważonego rozwoju i projektowania uniwersalnego *prawodawstwem krajowym odnoszącym się do sposobu realizacji i zakresu proj.,w tym z ustawą Prawo zamówień publ. *RPO WM 2014-2020 i SzOOP RPO WM 2014-2020 *Regulaminem konkursu i załącznikami (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability and active participation in socio-occupational life of 74 people (42K/32M) since 18 years at risk of poverty or social exclusion, living within the meaning of the Customs Code in Mazowieckie voivodship, who are unemployed (unemployed or inactive), including at least 8 (5K/3M) persons with disabilities and at least 20(11K/9M) people experiencing multiple exclusions, through the use of social and occupational activation instruments adapted to the needs of the PA on the basis of IWR in the period from 01.09.2020 to 31.12.2021. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of the 4th GA: *IWR and community competence trainings. *guidance: professional (Jobcoaching), psychological, legal and civic *training *training and placements Proj. will bring RESULTS: Up to 4 weeks after leaving the project: *obtaining professional qualifications for a minimum of 40 % UP *employment (including self-employment) for a minimum of 25 % UP*searching for a minimum of 20 % UP Up to 3 months after completing the project: *in relation to the SA’s efficiency: population – min.34 %, employment-min.12 % *for other people at risk of poverty or exclusion. half-min.34 %, employment – min.25 % Proj. is compatible with: *EU legislation and relevant EU rules *principles: equal opportunities K and M based on the minimum standard, non-discrimination, availability for the SA, sustainable development and universal design *national legislation relating to the implementation and scope of the project, including the Public Procurement Law Act. *ROP MM 2014-2020 and SzOOP ROP MM 2014-2020 *Rules of the competition and annexes (English)
