Cel główny projektu: Zaktywizowanie zawodowe i społeczne 40 osób (25K/15M) z niepełnosprawnościami, w tym osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z Gminy Kamionka, z których 28 osób podniesie kwalifikacje lub kompetencje (podwyższone kwalifikacje u minimum 13 osób) poprzez realizację kompleksowych programów aktywizacji oraz usług reintegracji - do XII.2022 Grupę docelową w ramach proj.stanowią (zg.z założeniami Działania 11.1) osoby wykluczone (w tym dotknięte ubóstwem) lub osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z obszaru Gminy Kamionka, w tym w szczególności: d) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w tym osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi (40os:25K/15M) Mierzalny efektem będzie osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie min. 12% tj.min. osób podejmie zatrudnienie.
