The project aims to use specialist consulting services by Zakład Obróbki Plastyczna sp. z o.o., thanks to which the company will implement new solutions to improve business processes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Highly specialised advisory services will be carried out by an experienced entity qualified in providing advisory services. Specialist advice will help to increase competitiveness and improve the quality and efficiency of company management. The advisory services will cover: introduction of IT systems, implementation of new organisational solutions, including optimisation of costs and processes, and monitoring of technology implementation and other aspects of post-implementation assistance. Consultancy services will allow the Applicant to implement a new IT system to streamline business processes within the company. The project foresees one task. The target group of consulting services will be the Management Board and the employees of the company. The project foresees the following output indicators: number of enterprises receiving a grant, number of enterprises supported, number of enterprises supported in specialised advice, private investment complementing public support to enterprises and result indicator: number of enterprises that have improved their competitiveness, quality and management efficiency as a result of the implementation of the project. Projekt ma na celu skorzystanie przez Zakład Obróbki Plastycznej sp. z o.o. ze specjalistycznych usług doradczych, dzięki którym firma w sposób efektywny i uzasadniony kosztowo wdroży w przedsiębiorstwie nowe rozwiązania usprawniające procesy biznesowe. Wysokospecjalistyczne usługi doradcze zostaną przeprowadzone przez doświadczony podmiot posiadający odpowiednie kwalifikacje w realizacji usług doradczych. Specjalistyczne doradztwo przyczyni się do wzrostu konkurencyjności oraz podniesienia jakości i efektywności zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Usługi doradcze będą dotyczyły: wprowadzania systemów informatycznych, wdrażania nowych rozwiązań organizacyjnych, w tym optymalizacji kosztów i procesów oraz monitorowania wdrażania technologii oraz innych aspektów pomocy powdrożeniowej. Usługi doradcze pozwolą Wnioskodawcy wdrożyć nowy system informatyczny w celu uspójnienia procesów biznesowych w przedsiębiorstwie. W projekcie przewidziano jedno zadanie. Grupą docelową usług doradczych będzie Zarząd oraz pracownicy firmy. W projekcie przewidziano następujące wskaźniki produktu: liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotację, liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie, liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie doradztwa specjalistycznego, inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw oraz wskaźnik rezultatu: liczba przedsiębiorstw, które poprawiły swoją konkurencyjność, jakość i efektywność zarządzania w wyniku realizacji projektu.
