The main objective is to raise the competences of the team and key competences for at least 90 % of 110 students (85K) of the T. Kotarbiński Economic School Complex in Radomsko (hereinafter referred to as: ZSE) increasing their chances on the labour market, through, among others, the implementation of internships, additional teaching and equalisation classes and courses, as well as the improvement of the competences of ZAW 25 (22 K.3 M) teachers from the ZSE, by, among others, improving the quality of teaching in the ZSE by, among others, equipping with the equipment necessary for the education. The project will be covered by UCZ from classes I – III in 2020/2021, from the directions of classes Technik: economist, trader, photography and multimedia, hospitality, graphics and digital printing, digital graphics processes. Gr doc is according to SzOOP RPOWŁ i Reg. Conc. In proj. 110 students (85 students) of the ZSE will hold internships with employers of 150 h/UCZ and will take part in courses, equip them with the knowledge necessary on the labour market, 60 UCZ will take part in key competences classes, 25 teachers will take part in trainings and courses, and schoolrooms will be equipped with equipment according to the curriculum. The main indicators achieved under the project are: • number of schools and educational establishments using retrofits purchased through the ESF – 2. • the number of induction teachers and vocational instructors who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences – 18. • the number of pupils in schools and educational establishments participating in internships and traineeships with the employer is 110. In the project there will be tasks: 1. Workshop equipment 2. Courses and trainings for teachers. 3. Internships 4. Support of the Student in the field of entitlement acquisition. 5. Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zaw. i kluczowych u min. 90% z 110 uczniów (85K) Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych im. T. W proj. 110 uczniów (85 uczennic) ZSE odbędzie staże u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h/UCZ i wezmą udział w kursach wyposaż. w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy, 60 UCZ weźmie udział w zajęciach zwiększających kompetencje kluczowe, 25 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i kursach, a pracownie szkolne zostaną doposażone w sprzęt zg. z podstawą programową. Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS – 2. • liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje – 18. • liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 110.
